Justin has lived with his wife, three sons, and two dogs in the Richmond area for the past 10 years. He has been in operations in one form or another for his whole career, spanning from pharmacology laboratory research to biodefense policy and project management to managing a data operations team at a healthcare IT company.
Justin has enjoyed jumping into new arenas and delivering a high-level of quality and customer service and is now doing so again by stepping into the world of concrete coatings and operating a business of his own that he hopes to one day pass down to his sons.
